The investigations by the Rome prosecutor's office continue on the case of Hasib Omerovic , the 36-year-old who crashed on July 25 from his home in Rome during a search by the police.

Under the scrutiny of the investigators - yesterday a meeting was held in piazzale Clodio to take stock of the investigation - there would be 8 positions. Four, relating to three agents and an official, concern the people who entered the apartment in via Gerolamo Aleandri, in the Primavalle district that morning in July. The investigators have already begun to hear, as people informed about the facts, some agents, then it will be the turn of the four, not investigated for the moment.

First of all, it will be necessary to understand why the agents decided to carry out a search without a warrant from the judicial authority . An activity that can only be done when you are looking for weapons or drugs. In the case of Omerovic, on the other hand, it seems that the decision to go to via Gerolamo Aleandri was linked to the rumors that had been circulating in the neighborhood for some time and to those posts published on social profiles in which Omerovic was pointed out as a molester of women.

A bartender who works not far from the building where the Omerovic family lived had warned his sister, just a few hours before the events, that someone in Hasib "wanted to make him pay by sending him to the hospital" . It is not excluded, therefore, that the police have received reports of citizens. The witnesses heard in recent weeks also told of an episode, which took place a few days before the dramatic flight: after an evening of celebration in the square some girls would have been approached and harassed on the street by the man .

As for the search, traces of blood were found in the apartment, perhaps due to a violent struggle, on which the investigators could also have an expert opinion. Evident blood traces were also found on some sheets, on the door of the room where, according to the story of his sister , the man had closed himself perhaps out of fear.

Meanwhile, the conditions of the 36-year-old are slowly but steadily improving , hospitalized for weeks at the Gemelli Polyclinic. The picture remains complex, also in light of the three operations he underwent, but for the doctors he is no longer in danger of life, so much so that the induced coma regime has been "relaxed".
