The Supreme Court annulled, partly with postponement (for an aspect relating to a lack of motivation) and partly without, the provision with which the Court of Surveillance of Milan, last March, had revoked for Fabrizio Corona, due to a series of violations of the prescriptions, the sentence deferral granted to him in December 2019 for a psychiatric pathology, making him return to prison. This was explained by his lawyer, the lawyer Ivano Chiesa.

Already in recent months, again at the request of the defense, the judges of the Surveillance had suspended the provision and the former photographic agent had returned home to home detention.

"Who was right? And now who apologizes to Fabrizio for over 20 days inside?", Said Chiesa, explaining that Corona was "tried also for breaking the glass of the ambulance" that day, when he knew he had to go back to prison .

The Milanese judges explained that the March decision was "apodictic", ie not adequately motivated.

Therefore, a new hearing is expected before the Milan Supervisory Board and in relation to the part of the provision that was canceled with postponement.
