This is what Amerigo Cicchetti, director of Altems, the High School of Economics and Management of Health Systems of the Catholic University of Rome, affirms. According to Cicchetti, to reverse the trend it is necessary to "intervene immediately" and the first measure is to "strongly encourage third doses, even by reopening the hubs of the metropolises that have just closed".

The interventions, Cicchetti underlines, "can be multiple, more or less aggressive, but the decision is more political than technical. The most aggressive intervention is the lockdown and the return to the black bands, the less aggressive interventions instead start from hypothesizing for example, a doubling of the limitations depending on the vaccination made. "No discrimination", specifies the governor of Friuli: "If we do not intervene, the result is that if a Region passes into the orange or red zone it is closed for everyone, it is not that it does not close for anyone. It is a measure that opens a little 'more. The alternative is to close for everyone regardless. THE SUPER GREEN PASS - Minister Brunetta said that we are moving towards a "Super Green pass" in December.

The government's intention is to trigger, starting from the yellow zone onwards, a double track of the Green pass. Only vaccinated and cured will have access to bars, restaurants, stadiums, cinemas, concerts, places of culture, gyms. The current certificate, which can also be obtained with a swab, would remain for the job.

At the moment there is no hypothesis to foresee the obligation of certification also for public means of transport such as buses and metro, the Ministry of Infrastructure said.
