«You shoot me, he said. At that point I ran away again and climbed through the window." This is a passage from the testimony given to investigators by Desyrèe Amato to describe her escape after her ex-boyfriend Cristian Sodano killed her mother and sister in the family home in Cisterna di Latina.

According to what was reported by Il Messaggero, when, after starting to shoot, the 27-year-old financier began to "look" for her armed with a gun, the girl took refuge first in the bathroom, then in her sister's room and finally left the window taking shelter in a woodshed.

"I started screaming at the top of my lungs and ran away," the young woman said.

As for the killer, after his arrest he justified his action as follows: "We argued and I shot." «She (Desyrèe, ed.) had now fled, so I went back into the house and fired two more shots at Renèe. She wasn't dead yet and I didn't want to make her suffer", added the soldier, now under arrest.
