The hypothesis of a crime against Azhar Mohssine, the 32-year-old Moroccan arrested in Turin for the death of little Fatima, has been modified by the investigating judge. The three-year-old girl fell from a building in the city center on Thursday evening. For the man, who remains in prison, there is now talk of manslaughter and no longer of voluntary murder with possible intent, as hypothesized at the time of the arrest, in partial acceptance of the defense request, supported by the lawyer Alessandro Sena, after that yesterday the man confessed that the child fell during a tragic game.
