The three-year-old girl fell from a building in the city center on Thursday evening. For the man, who remains in prison, there is now talk of manslaughter and no longer of voluntary murder with possible intent, as hypothesized at the time of the arrest, in partial acceptance of the defense request, supported by the lawyer Alessandro Sena, after that yesterday the man confessed that the child fell during a tragic game.
