The Supreme Court of Cassation declared inadmissible the request presented by the defenders of the anarchist Alfredo Cospito , detained under the 41bis regime, against the decision of the Supervisory Court of Rome which on 23 October had confirmed the hard prison for the man currently detained in Sassari. During yesterday's hearing, the Attorney General of the Supreme Court voted "no" to the appeal presented by the lawyer Flavio Rossi Albertini who today announced the Supreme Court's decision.
