Claudio D'Alessio, son of the Neapolitan singer Gigi, was sentenced by the monochrome judge of Rome to 3 months and 15 days. He was charged with personal injury and private violence for assaulting and kicking his family assistant out of the house.

The facts date back to July 5, 2014. The woman, on duty in D'Alessio's apartment in Parioli, had protested the screams during a quarrel between the young man and his then-girlfriend Nicole Minetti.

Hence the violent reaction of D'Alessio jr.

The prosecutor who supported the indictment had asked for him to have a 9-month sentence. The judge, as mentioned, inflicted three on him.

The defendants, however, have announced an appeal.
