The Modenese prosecutors Claudia Natalini and Alice Neri 's work colleague Giuseppe Amara were heard.

The man, of Sardinian origins, was among the last people to see alive the 32-year-old found a few hours later charred in her car , in Concordia, in the Modena area, last November 18. They had spent the previous evening together in a club in Concordia.

He is under investigation as well as the woman's husband (who in turn answered the magistrates' questions on Friday) and the main suspect in the crime, a 29-year-old Tunisian who is reportedly in Switzerland at the moment.

«Our client is unrelated to the facts - say the lawyers assisting the Sardinian, Matteo De Santis and Roberta Sofia from Modena together with Pierluigi Olivieri and Luigi Esposito from Sassari - and this is also evident from technical evidence. Last Friday he was heard by the prosecution and provided useful elements for the investigation . We would like to clarify that our client did not return to Sardinia , but that his lawyers advised him to remain silent on the matter from the outset, also out of respect for the victim and his family".

It does not appear that the 29-year-old Tunisian, the main suspect for murder and destruction of a corpse, who allegedly left Italy the day after the death of the young woman and whose home in Concordia was raided by the carabinieri on Friday, has returned to Italy.
