The Anti-Mafia Investigation Department, at the disposal of the Court of Bologna, has executed a confiscation order of movable and immovable property for a total value of about one and a half million euros against a building contractor, Pasquale Mucerino, involved in various criminal proceedings for crimes against property, the person, the administration of justice and tax and repeatedly convicted.

The man had already ended up in handcuffs as part of the “Black Eagles” operation for having laundered the proceeds of drug trafficking on behalf of a family linked to the 'Ndrangheta.

In 2017, the prefect of Parma had already issued anti-mafia prohibitions against two companies deemed attributable to him.

Today the Court of Bologna, considering him among "the subjects who habitually live with the proceeds of criminal activities", ordered the confiscation of 12 properties (including buildings and land) in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Umbria and Campania, six active capital companies in the construction sector, with a total turnover of approximately one million euros, 15 cars, as well as bank current accounts for a total value of approximately 1.5 million euros.
