The victim is a very young Spanish tourist, 15 years old , who was spending a holiday with his family.
The facts would have occurred while the ship was anchored in Naples. The Neapolitan prosecutor's office, section "weak groups", requested and obtained the arrest of the alleged rapist. It is a 54-year-old man from Honduras accused of aggravated sexual assault .
The facts date back to June 24: the boy was allegedly lured into a trap and then raped by the 54-year-old cleaner in his cabin while the family was taking an excursion to the city. Immediately after the violence, the boy warned his brother who in turn called his parents. In the coming days, the young Spaniard, originally from Alicante, will be heard in the context of the probative incident.
