Alessandro Deiola makes it to Cagliari vs. Udinese. After being withdrawn late in the first half last Sunday in Bologna with a strained rectus femoris muscle in his right thigh , the San Gavino midfielder makes a last-minute recovery and is included in the squad for the match—tomorrow at 3:00 PM—that could mathematically secure the Rossoblu's survival. This swift return will prove very useful in midfield, a position where Luca Mazzitelli (out since the match against Cremonese on April 11th) will once again be sidelined, and Joseph Liteta (low-grade right thigh flexor injury) will be out.

Among the many injured players at the Rossoblu, Juan Rodríguez will be eligible for Cagliari-Udinese : the Uruguayan defender has recovered from a strained left thigh muscle that had been a concern all week. The usual players, Mattia Felici, Riyad Idrissi, and Leonardo Pavoletti, are still out, as their season has already ended. Othniël Raterink is also back. Midfielder Roberto Malfitano (born in 2007) (shirt number 40), who was already on the bench against Parma, Como, and Pisa in February and March, has been added to the Primavera squad.

These are the 23 players called up by Fabio Pisacane (who missed today's pre-match press conference) for Cagliari-Udinese .
