Yet another gun madness in the US, shoots a 14-year-old girl who was playing hide and seek on her property

Yet another gun madness in the United States. This time in the city of Starks, Louisiana , 400 km west of New Orleans.
A 58-year-old man was arrested for shooting a 14-year-old girl playing hide and seek with friends on his property .
The teenager and friends were playing hide and seek behind David Doyle 's home. The man noticed suspicious movements, entered the house and immediately came out with a firearm. All the boys ran away, he opened fire hitting the 14-year-old in the back of the head .
The young woman was immediately transferred to the hospital, but her life is not in danger. Doyle was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery. He told policemen that he opened fire after seeing "shadows outside his house" .
It is the latest in a series of shootings in the United States triggered by trivial circumstances.
