A 31-year-old Palestinian was killed this morning in clashes with Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank.

According to Palestinian sources, Jamil Al-Kayyal was fatally shot in the head in the Ras Al-Ain neighborhood of Nablus and died.

According to reports from the Israeli military radio, the man was armed and was killed in a fire fight with an elite unit of the Israeli army. The broadcaster explains that the military entered Nablus to capture a Hamas fugitive, who was found in possession of an automatic rifle.

During the arrest against the military, improvised devices were thrown and fire was opened.
