West Bank, 23-year-old Palestinian killed in firefight with army
Five more wounded in the area of Joseph's tomb in Nablus

One Palestinian was killed and five others were injured in a firefight last night between armed militiamen and the Israeli army in the area of Joseph's tomb in Nablus , in the West Bank .
Palestinian media identified the killed as 23-year-old Ahmed Atef Mustafa Daraghmeh , "shot in the back by Israeli occupation bullets".
The army said that during the operation "to ensure the entry of civilians to Joseph's Tomb, armed Palestinians fired and threw explosive devices at the soldiers who responded."
