Lloyd Austin has been hospitalized to undergo treatment for a bladder problem , as reported in a statement received overnight from the Pentagon which cites the doctors who are treating him.
“After a series of tests and evaluations, the Secretary was admitted to the intensive care unit at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for supportive care and close monitoring,” the statement said.
Austin suffers from prostate cancer .
