Accident at New York's LaGuardia Airport.

An Air Canada aircraft reportedly collided with a fire truck traveling at high speed to address a runway emergency. The impact completely destroyed the aircraft's front end, killing both pilots.

While the investigation is ongoing, all flights at one of the world's most important airports have been suspended , the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has decided. The New York Emergency Management Authority has warned residents to "expect cancellations, road closures, traffic delays, and emergency personnel."
