"I'm not happy with what's happening in Ukraine. I'm not happy at all." US President Donald Trump said this in New York, adding that he was confident "that an agreement will be reached: we have to do it ." The president's plans are clear: " I will speak with Putin in the next few days ," he assured journalists at the meeting.
There was also a reference to what is happening in Gaza. Trump, once again, confirmed his willingness to continue with confidence in finding a solution to the conflict "very soon" that would allow all hostages still held by Hamas to return to Israel. " There are 20 people and 38 bodies: we will get them all back ," Trump emphasized.
The plan was revealed Sunday evening by Channel 12. Trump will reportedly directly manage negotiations to end the war, with hostilities not resuming until the talks are concluded. Hamas has not yet responded, but Israel is reportedly willing to accept the US president's proposal.
