At least 74 people have died and another 109 are missing in the state of Kentucky due to the tornadoes that hit the Midwest and the South of the United States over the weekend, the governor of the state, Andy Beshear said, according to CNN. .
Beshea specified that the new budget was communicated to him by the emergency services and that it could be different from what is known to the medical examiners of the various counties.
