Meloni-Tajani-Salvini summit to decide on Italy's participation

"EU Commissioner Dubravka Suica will travel to Washington to attend the presentation of Donald Trump's Board of Peace for the Gaza section, but I want to emphasize that the EU will not become a member of this board," said Guillaume Mercier, a chief spokesperson for the European Commission, speaking to the press in Brussels.
As for Italy, a government summit is scheduled at Palazzo Chigi, with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Deputy Prime Ministers Matteo Salvini and Antonio Tajani. The meeting will also focus on Italy's participation in the Board called by US President Donald Trump, on the eve of Tajani's remarks to Parliament.
