The building of a dacha of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the eastern territory of Altai, a region of Siberia bordering Mongolia, China and Kazakhstan, was completely destroyed by flames .
The Moscow Times reports this, citing the Telegram channel Sirena, of the anti-corruption foundation of opponent Alexei Navalny, who died last February.
The building, officially owned by Gazprom, had also welcomed former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in the past on one of his visits to the head of the Kremlin.
The causes of the fire are not known : it is certainly a strategic objective and in recent months Ukrainian drones had attempted to hit similar targets. Furthermore, according to some sources, the palace housed an advanced bunker , full of underground tunnels, to protect Putin and his family in the event of nuclear war.
