Fernando André Sabag Montiel, the man arrested by the police for the later failed attack on Argentina's vice president Cristina Kirchner, "did not act alone". The investigators who also arrested his partner, the 23-year-old Brenda Uliarte, now in custody on behalf of the magistrate, are convinced of this.

After the episode - HERE THE RECONSTRUCTION -, the young woman had made statements to local TVs saying she was surprised and stating that Fernando André Sabag Montiel would never have been able to make a similar gesture. But she reported that she hadn't seen him for 48 hours before he walked past the vice president's house. Instead, the analysis of the video surveillance images would have shown that he was in his company on the day of the attack, 1 September. The man had pointed a gun at Kirchner after waiting for her in front of his house.
