Tel Aviv attack: truck hits pedestrians, one dead and dozens injured

One person was killed and about 40 were injured after being hit by a truck at a bus stop north of Tel Aviv. The truck driver was killed.

The truck struck at the Glilot intersection near Herzliya, the area where the Mossad headquarters and several IDF intelligence units, including Intelligence Unit 8200, are located.

Several people are still trapped under the truck that hit the bus stop and overturned . "The truck headed towards a group of people near the Gillot intersection. There are dozens of injured people in the accident with different types of injuries," the police said. "The driver has been neutralized, but it is too early to speak about his identity."
