The warning follows new US intelligence assessments that Vladimir Putin could test NATO's resolve with a limited attack against a member country in the coming years.
Furthermore, according to US media, the Tsar is preparing an escalation of attacks against Ukraine after concluding that negotiations for a peace agreement have reached a deadlock.
