Pope Francis: "If tiredness clouds me, I will resign"

Pope Francis is not thinking about resigning, but "a tiredness that does not make you see things clearly, a lack of clarity, of knowing how to evaluate situations" would push him to resign, and "the physical problem may also be possible".

Bergoglio himself said it, during an interview with Swiss TV RSI, in which he drew up the balance of the 10 years of the pontificate.

"That of the knee was a physical humiliation, even if it is now healing well", the pontiff also explained.

And the Holy Father did not fail to speak of the war: "It began in pieces and now no one can say that it is not global," he said, speaking of the conflict between Ukraine supported by the West and Russia.

And again: Putin? “You know I'm available. But there are imperial interests there, not just those of the Russian Empire."
