The counting of votes continues in Poland, where the nationalist governing party "Law and Justice" (Pis) still remains the first party but stops at the partial figure of 40%, therefore far from the 48 of the forecasts.

The ultranationalists, anti-European and Russophiles of Confederacja also fared less well than expected, as they are a party and not a coalition and will still enter Parliament with 6% of the votes.

The pro-European front of Tusk and his Platform is doing better than any forecast and could end up with 32%, his allies of Lewica (left) exceed the 8% threshold necessary to enter Parliament and then the surprise of the centrists of Terza Away, with a fifth of the vote at 14% and who had already said they were ready for a post-election alliance with him.

In such a scenario, in the best of hypotheses the Pis would struggle to reach the 231 seats necessary to confirm itself in power even by allying itself with Confederacja and therefore at the moment the only possible majority seems to be that of the oppositions, given that Piattaforma and Terza via, already married promised, they should find an agreement reaching 248.

«I just feel like saying that right now I am the happiest man on the face of the earth. With these data, the populist era ends » the words of Tusk , who already speaks openly of victory .

The final results of the elections will probably only be known tomorrow.
