Opens fire in a hospital: four dead and ten wounded in Tulsa

Another shooting in the United States.

A man, an African American between 35 and 40 years old armed with a pistol and rifle , entered a hospital in Tulsa , Oklahoma, and killed four people, injuring ten others before taking his own life .

It happened at the Natalie Medical Building , which mainly deals with sports medicine, of the St. Francis hospital.

As far as we know, the killer was looking for a victim in particular , a doctor. It is not yet known whether he is among the dead as well as at the moment there is no information on the victims: among these there would be a nurse.

The alarm went off in the afternoon with the police who arrived and intervened in a short time. "No officers were injured", the police reported speaking of a "catastrophic" scene but limited to a "portion of the second floor".

In the United States, the debate on weapons is still heated after the Uvalde and Buffalo massacres. The Democrats are evaluating various measures, including the ban on assault weapons: difficult to win in Congress, where the liberals in the Senate do not have enough numbers to approve even less incisive measures.
