New sentence for Aung San Suu Kyi: 3 years for electoral fraud

New sentence for Aung San Suu Kyi. A Burma military junta court handed the former leader another three years in prison for electoral fraud in the 2020 elections, those won by a large margin by his party.
The 77-year-old politician, who also received the Nobel Peace Prize, had already been sentenced to 17 years in prison, now three years for forced labor.
