The Russian security service FSB said it had identified a second Ukrainian citizen accused of having participated in the attack in which Darya Dugina, daughter of the ultra-nationalist philosopher Alexander Dugin, was killed on 20 August west of Moscow .

This is Bodan Petrovich Tsyganenko , who allegedly collaborated with Natalya Vovk , accused of having detonated the bomb on Dugina's car.

According to the Russian services, cited by Tass, the 44-year-old man is also an agent of the Ukrainian secret services , which allegedly organized and carried out the attack.

Tsyganenko allegedly entered Russia from Estonia on July 30 and left the country the day before Dugina was killed. The FSB accuses him of having provided false license plates and false documents to Vovk under the name of a Kazakh citizen, as well as having packaged the bomb used for the attack.

The Russian security service adds that investigations continue to identify other accomplices.
