Michigan synagogue shooting: Attacker killed

A shooting occurred at a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, within the Temple of Israel complex, which also houses a school. The attacker, who had attempted to flee, was killed.
The police are on the scene.
According to initial reports, a car crashed into the building.
The shooting triggered "safety mode" at all schools in the area.
