King Charles visits Trump: address to Congress on the 250th anniversary of American independence

To mark the 250th anniversary of American independence , as announced by Buckingham Palace, King Charles and Queen Camilla will visit the United States at the end of April. During their visit, the royals will meet with President Donald Trump .
According to what the BBC also reported, the visit will aim to celebrate historic ties and modern bilateral relations . Further details of the trip are not yet known, but what is certain is that King Charles will travel to Washington, where a state dinner at the White House and a speech to Congress are planned.
According to the BBC, King Charles will also stop in Bermuda , a British overseas territory in the North Atlantic, on his return journey to London.
