Kamala Harris has already won enough votes to secure the Democratic nomination after Joe Biden's withdrawal.
The president of the Democratic National Committee said this, as reported by the American media. Delegates began virtual voting procedures yesterday.
“I am honored,” Harris commented. The vice president is the first African American and Indian woman to run for office.
