A man entered a kindergarten in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia, "shot and killed two children and a teacher, and committed suicide." This is what the Interfax news agency says, citing "an informed source".
Also according to Interfax, the news of the shooting in an asylum was confirmed by the regional authorities.
"We confirm the shooting and the presence of four bodies ," a regional government spokesperson told Interfax.
The police are already at the scene of the tragedy.
