After killing four people, including a 4-year-old boy, he took his own life.
The massacre took place in Texas, in Corsicana.
A call to the emergency number brought police to the scene and found two bodies, those of William "Bill" Mimms, 68, and Connie Mimms, 61, respectively stepfather and mother of 41-year-old Kevin Milazzo. About thirty kilometers away, in the locality of Frost, two other lifeless bodies were those of Joshua Milazzo, 21, Kevin's son, and Hunter Freeman, a 4-year-old boy. In addition there was an injured woman, from the first information it would be the mother of the child, who was rescued and taken to the hospital.
Once the 41-year-old was tracked through the car's GPS, the officers found him with serious head injuries due to gunshots he had exploded himself. The man was entrusted to the health workers, but died shortly after.
At the moment the reasons for the massacre are not known.
