He has been vaccinated eleven times against Covid, and not to resell the Green Pass but because he is a decidedly enthusiastic and convinced pro vax.

The protagonist was an 84-year-old Indian from the state of Bihar, who yesterday boasted to the media about his choice: "Since February 13, 2021, the day of the first dose, my health has improved in every sense", he said, telling of being successful to obtain the 11 injections by presenting himself each time in a different vaccination center and with different identity documents.

The man claims to have an iron immune system: "I haven't even caught a cold anymore," he said.

But the interview instead of making him become a testimonial of the vaccination campaign gave him an investigation. The man is in fact under investigation: "We are checking if these statements are true," said Amarendra Pratap Shahi, head of the district's health department, "if we find out that he has broken the law, we will try him."

Since the start of the vaccination campaign in January 2021, India has administered more than one billion 450 million doses. The new infections recorded yesterday in the country were 159,632 and 327 deaths, data that fully confirm the run of the third wave of the pandemic.
