Massacre in a family of Sardinian emigrants in Germany. A 19-year-old boy killed his parents and brother, also seriously injuring his sister .

The massacre took place in Hohentengen , in the land of Baden-Wurttemberg, which has Stuttgart as its capital.

The crime occurred last night around 9pm: the boy, armed with a knife, attacked all the family members while they were at home. The 58 and 61 year old parents died at the scene, the 34 year old brother later died in hospital due to his serious injuries . The young man's sister was also injured and was taken to hospital but her life is not in danger.

The two parents killed are Erminio Congiu and Annalisa Prasciolu, originally from Silius and Ballao . Annalisa had other sisters living in Silius and in the Cagliari area, she often returned to her native Sardinia, which she left when she got married.

The young man, with a double German and Italian passport, was immediately arrested and did not resist . Investigations at the site of the massacre continued for a long time to reconstruct exactly what happened in the house last night. Investigations are underway to trace the motive for the crime, which is currently unknown .

The news caused a stir and condolences in the local community and also among the Sardinian emigrants who live in the area. «We are shocked – one of them reports to L'UnioneSarda.it – here, more or less, everyone knows each other. And we all, as they did, return to the island in the summer, to which we are very attached . The son probably had some problems. But who could have imagined that it would get to this point?".
