They had to spend fifteen days of vacation in Sharm El Sheik , Egypt , but the vacation has turned into a nightmare for a Palermo family.

Little Andrea , only 6 years old, apparently died of food poisoning , while his father , Antonio, would be very serious in intensive care.

"My nephew was six years old and he died in 36 hours", says Roberto Manosperti, the baby's maternal uncle. "It all started last Friday when my relatives were seized by sudden illness . A food poisoning that is very frequent there. My brother-in-law Antonio, 46, who works at Anas is hospitalized in intensive care," he says. "She has a very low oxygenation rate and cannot travel. My sister Rosalia, who is pregnant, is now a little better but cannot return to Italy", he adds.

"Unfortunately the news is scarce and there is no medical bulletin - he says - Doctors are reluctant to send reports, since insurance is involved. Last night an emissary from the Egyptian Ministry of Health went to department stating that twice they have done the toxicological examination and have ruled out poisoning ".
