Fears for Eleonora Boi: attacked and bitten by a shark in Puerto Rico

Moments of terror for Eleonora Boi, a Sardinian journalist and wife of basketball player Danilo Gallinari. During a day at the beach in Puerto Rico, the thirty-nine-year-old, originally from Cagliari—pregnant with her third child—was bitten on the right leg by a shark while swimming in the sea off Isla Verde.
The news was reported by local media, with immediate medical attention and transfer to the University of Puerto Rico Hospital. Eleonora Boi's condition, according to Carolina City Police, is stable and her life is not in danger .
The journalist is in Puerto Rico following her husband , who plays in the top local professional league (Baloncesto Superior Nacional) with the Vaqueros de Bayamón.
