An Italian was robbed and killed on his way home from work in Chicago.
The victim is Diego Damis, 41, originally from Assisi, in Umbria. He had lived in the US city since 2015.
The man was a bartender at The Cove Lounge. Last Friday, at the end of a day's work, on his way home he was attacked near Hyde Park.
According to local media reports, police officers found the man's lifeless body around 8.38 am. The rush to Chicago Medical Center proved futile.
We investigate the terrible crime, at the moment there are no people stopped.
