It was supposed to be a family vacation but it ended in tragedy . Matteo Chieu, 14 years old from Tolmezzo (Udine), died yesterday after being bitten by a mosquito in Brazil .

The young man had successfully attended the first year of a scientific high school. Immediately after the promotion, he left for the South American country to meet some relatives of his mother, originally from the place.

The boy's father, a well-known city merchant, immediately left to join his wife. The dynamics of the death are still to be clarified .
