Biden asks Congress for 33 billion to give weapons to Kiev: "Help to resist Moscow"

"We are not attacking Russia but helping Ukraine to defend itself."

Joe Biden said this when speaking to the White House about the conflict between Moscow and Kiev .

"Giving in to aggression would have a higher price than helping Ukraine . It is not cheap to support Kiev, but the United States can do it", underlined the president who is preparing to apply for a loan of 33 billion dollars to Congress to support the resistance of the Kiev army.

"As long as the assaults and atrocities continue, we will continue to help Ukraine defend itself from Russian aggression", by sending " more weapons and new aid ", added the Washington chief.
