A photo has emerged from the Jeffrey Epstein scandal files showing the former Prince Andrew and the former British Ambassador to the US, Peter Mandelson, both wearing bathrobes, alongside the American pedophile fixer.

The British broadcaster ITV found it among the huge amount of documents published in the United States, according to which the image of the three, sitting and relaxed around a wooden table, probably dates back to the period between 1999 and 2000, and was taken in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.

This is the first photo featuring the fixer who committed suicide in prison with the Windsor reprobate and the former eminence grise of New Labour, both arrested and released in the UK as part of police investigations into charges of sharing confidential information with their mutual friend Epstein when they held public office.

The accusations against Mandelson, whose affair has sparked a political storm over Labour Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who had chosen him as ambassador last year only to fire him, concern his work as a minister, among the many positions held by the former prominent New Labour figure, who also served as a European Commissioner and consultant in the past.

At the time, he had developed close ties with China, and suspicions have recently emerged about his role in supporting Andrew's appointment as a British commercial ambassador in Asia and the rest of the world: it was while holding that position that the former Duke of York had passed confidential information to the financier.
