Ukrainian military trained in Sardinia? Ghirra: "We're worried about it, Meloni can clarify"

Francesca Ghirra (Alleanza Verdi Sinistra) is asking the government for "clarity and transparency" on the Ukrainian soldiers who are trained in Italy and, probably, also in Sardinia .
"We learned from press reports - says the deputy - that dozens of Ukrainian soldiers have been training for the use of a sophisticated anti-missile system since the beginning of March 2023 in the barracks of Santa Barbara, in the Pontine municipality of Sabaudia in the province of Latina and that similar activities would be taking place in a military base in Sardinia ».
Ghirra presented a question to Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to clarify and reiterate the opinion of his party.
"We have always been convinced that our country must take concrete action to promote initiatives aimed at overcoming the sending of arms as the only direct measure to end the war , to start a diplomatic path to achieve peace".
