The second training cycle dedicated to future local administrators is scheduled for Saturday 6 April at the "Il Lido" establishment in Poetto in Cagliari . The appointment, from 9.30 to 13, promoted by the Sardinian Reformers , has the title " Leading the city: project and communication " and is included in the School of Political Training . It is bipartisan and there are more than 100 members.

Saturday will begin with the first focus on communication , with Umberto Ticca, head of the School of Political Training, opening the proceedings.

With Luca Poma , professor in Reputation management at the LUMSA University of Rome and at the University of the Republic of San Marino, the themes linked to the pillars of (good) reputation will be explored in depth. “ How to build political consensus by looking to the future ” is the question the teacher will answer.

Followed by the first thematic session entitled " Change, vision, new scenarios " with two scheduled interventions. The first by Fabrizio Leoni , professor of architectural and urban design at the Polytechnic of Milan who will talk about urban transformations and large redevelopment projects starting from the example of Barcelona. In the second speech, the book " Buongiorno SarDegna " by Sergio Zuncheddu , entrepreneur, publisher of the L'Unione Sarda Group and author of the volume, will be presented, who on the occasion will discuss future scenarios and changes not only for the city of Cagliari but for the whole of Sardinia. It is no coincidence that the title of the technical session - " Change, vision, new scenarios " - aims to open a glimmer of hope for the future development of the Island and also intends to offer participants the opportunity to fully understand the nature and substance of the new challenges and opportunities to be seized in a moment of historical change like the current one.
