Obligation for managers to display the national average price
The petrol bonus, i.e. the discount worth 200 euros that employers offer to employees, remains confirmed for the whole of 2023 . The provision, initially scheduled until March, is contained in the decree on the transparency of fuel prices approved by the Council of Ministers and has been extended until December.
Other forecasts concern the tightening of controls and the obligation for operators to display the national average price for both petrol and diesel.
The theme of fuels in these days focuses the attention of politics also in the light of the strike of the managers called for two days - 25 and 26 January - together with the garrison under Montecitorio for, is written in a note signed by Faib-Confesercenti, Fegica, Figisc-Confcommercio, "put an end to this 'wave of mud' against a category of honest workers and try to restore the truth".
And yesterday evening Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni confirmed that excise duties will not drop for now , the government is still ready to intervene when there will be greater receipts from VAT.
