No waiters and kitchen commis: the lack of staff puts the opening of some tourist activities at risk.

In Solanas , the historic Da Barbara restaurant is still closed: “It never happened to us before, we have always opened for Easter but this year we have not found staff . Somehow between the end of May and the beginning of June we plan to start the season ”, explains the owner Lazzaro Asuni.
