Sassari, Christmas initiatives arrive at the National Art Gallery with music and workshops for children
Among the novelties in the gallery are also the 30 new works by Eugenio Tavolara, soon on display in the Sardinian 20th century rooms

It will be a special Christmas scheduled in the Pinacoteca Nazionale of Sassari , with a Christmas concert , educational workshops and new acquisitions at the gates .
On Tuesday 27 December , at 11.30, there will be a musical performance by the Friends of Sardinian Choir Association . For the occasion, a repertoire of Christmas carols will be performed, accompanied by a selection of traditional Sardinian songs .
From 30 December to 5 January , from 9.00 to 16.00, the gallery is also organizing a new free educational workshop , dedicated to school-age children, which offers a series of activities designed to introduce the little ones to the works of art related to the theme of the Nativity .
The news doesn't end there. After the arrival of the sculptures by Costantino Nivola , the collection is enriched with 30 works by Eugenio Tavolara , donated by the heirs Nella and Nino Giagu, which will soon be exhibited in the Sardinian 20th century rooms.
