The first concerns the opening of a judicial front on the interpretation of the regional moratorium for wind towers and photovoltaic panels . The use of generic terms with a broad meaning could lead to the extension of the bans also to construction sites that have already started.
The judges will decide: the case is at the center of a complaint to the public prosecutor's office of Cagliari, presented by the "Gallura Coordination against wind and photovoltaic speculation" committee.
In the meantime, the collection of signatures for the Pratobello law gets underway. From today - until 16 September - Sardinians "will be able to sign in the municipalities of residence", explains the mayor of Orgosolo Pasquale Mereu.
