Water bomb on Posada, damage to houses and basements: dozens of calls to the fire brigade

A water bomb hit Posada yesterday afternoon, sending traffic into a tailspin throughout the town and causing extensive damage.

The emergency arose around 4pm when it started raining heavily in the town. Thunder, lightning and a lot of water which gradually increased until a real deluge arrived which flooded streets and flooded basements.

In a short time, dozens of calls for help reached the fire brigade.

At the same time, the mayor of the town, who personally suffered extensive damage, established the Coc jointly to coordinate the interventions.
