In “high” Sardinia, in the sense of the mountains, the heating remains off, yet in that area the National Plan for the containment of gas consumption wanted by the former Draghi government would allow the radiators to be turned on. Thanks to the decidedly unseasonable heat , considering that we are at the end of October, and the Sardinians , even if fed up with the maximum temperatures close to thirty degrees, celebrate . The heating remains off, Putin keeps his gas, which he can now buy in boutiques and, thanks to the mild autumn, he saves money. The impact of the law on limiting consumption cannot yet be measured outside the mountainous areas of the island: the calendar foresees the plants that are still off.

Of course, it will not last for a long time, but in fact the savings are there . The problems, however, are not lacking : the administrators of condominiums, for example, say that many families who have always paid their dues, do not always succeed anymore. And since the diesel oil for the boiler has to be paid, when the fuel runs out it will be painful: in the best of cases, those who can afford it will pay more and have the radiators on, the others will remain in the cold. Or they'll all stay cold.

In any case, they explain from the Department of Economics of the University of Cagliari, even the Sardinians are becoming more virtuous: it is a race in families to turn off the light bulbs in the rooms where there is no one, they try to go to work alternating their own car with that of a colleague with whom we now travel together and live without waste. Which is already a great start.
