Virus, in the island another 52 confirmed cases and a new death

There are 52 new coronavirus cases registered in Sardinia in the last 24 hours, along with one death.

The tests processed, including molecular and antigenic, were in total 5,840, while the people tested were 2,272.

The positive-buffer ratio is therefore 0.89.

The patients admitted to the intensive care units are 10 (3 fewer than yesterday), those in the medical area are 127 (8 fewer than yesterday).

2,016 are the cases of home isolation (42 less than yesterday).

The victim is a 67-year-old woman residing in the province of Southern Sardinia.

On the territory, of the 52 new cases, 13 were registered in the province of Sassari; 12 in that of Nuoro; 3 in that of Oristano; 5 in South Sardinia and 19 in the metropolitan city of Cagliari.
